Parents of all new players must bring birth certificates to the Welles Park Fieldhouse-lower level on either of these two dates. You will learn at that time whether your child has received a spot in the league (most will) or will be wait listed. You should expect to be in and out in less than 15 minutes.
If you do not appear on one of these two days, your child's pre-registration is subject to forfeiture.
*Players pre-registered online in our Major (11-12 yrs. old), Senior (13-14 yrs. old) and Liberty (15-18 yrs. old) have a good chance of getting a spot, however, you must still come in with a birth certificate.
All requests to play up or down in a league outside our age rules must be made in person at this time also.
WPPA board members are also available in-person for questions at this time.
Parents of new players and returning 2019 Fall Ball Only players who receive a spot must complete registration online and pay no later Thursday, January 23. Failure to timely pay online may result in forfeiture of that spot to another player on the wait list.
WPPA will begin notifying waitlisted players by email if a spot becomes available. Waitlists will remain open until the beginning of the Spring season. Refunds of paid registration fees for all players who do not receive a spot for the Spring season will be provided once waitlists are closed or when a request is received to be removed from waitlist.
