Registration Fee Refund Policy


WPPA Spring Season Registration Fees - Refund Policy
 

RETURNING PLAYERS AND SIBLINGS:  Refund requests received by email at registration@wppabaseball.com:

  • prior to 12:01 am on January 15 will be refunded 90% of the registration fee.
  • prior to 12:01 am on February 15 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
  • after 12:01am on Feburary 15, registration fees are non-refundable.

NEW PLAYERS:  New Players do not pay registration fees until after they have received a spot in the league.

  • Upon receiving a spot, new players must pay the registration fee.
  • Refund requests received by email at registration@wppabaseball.com:
    • ​prior to 12:01 am on February 15 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
    • after 12:01am on Feburary 15, registration fees are non-refundable.
  • For New Players who receive a spot on or after February 15, the registration fee is non-refundable upon payment.

  • prior to 12:01 am on August 1 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
  • after 12:01am on August 1, registration fees are non-refundable.
